Why is the NHL moving to secure digital ticketing?
A secure digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. You're probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? It's our effort to make your experience the very best.
Digital tickets provide:

- Instant access to all your season tickets through your Devils Account on the NJ Devils + Prudential Center App powered by Verizon.
- The ability to manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time.
- Reduce risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit, or forgotten tickets.
- An easy way to go green by printing less paper.
Can I print my ticket from home?
No. All tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.
How much does the app cost?
The NJ Devils + Prudential Center App powered by Verizon is FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets via the app or using your Devils Account on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry, transferring tickets or selling tickets online.

When should I download my ticket?
We recommend that you access your tickets at least 24 hours before the event. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you have an Android device, you can store your tickets in Google Wallet.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes; however, it's much easier to transfer each attendee their individual ticket.
Transferring tickets provides:
- A way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates during an event, if applicable.
- Accessibility to their seat information at all times.
- An easy way to enter the venue without having to wait for your friends and family.
What if my entire party isn't with me when I'm ready to enter?
You can easily transfer each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.
Does the person I send the tickets to need to create an account?
If they don't have an account already, they will create one upon accepting the ticket transfer.
What if I lose connectivity or can't connect to my account at Prudential Center?
To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend downloading your tickets to your phone before arriving to the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you have an Android device, you can store your tickets in Google Wallet.
What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?
Please reach out to your account representative so appropriate arrangements can be made before game time or visit the Devils Member Services Windows at Prudential Center Box Office.
