Gritty had a picture-perfect idea this week.

The Philadelphia Flyers mascot persuaded forward Scott Laughton to take awkward photos at a local JCPenney in a new video posted to social media.

Gritty and Laughton matched with white T-shirts and denim shorts as they performed various poses against a green backdrop.

The two stood back-to-back, made a heart with their arms and put their heads together in the hilarious snaps.

Somehow, Laughton managed to keep a straight face with every pose.

Looks like Flyers will have something to frame for the locker room next season.
