The Philadelphia Flyers have signed goaltender Alexei Kolosov to a three-year, entry-level contract, according to General Manager Daniel Briere.

Kolosov, 21 (1/4/02), went 13-21-5 with a 2.55 goals against average (GAA) and a .912 save percentage (SV%) in 42 regular season games during the 2022-23 season with Minsk Dynamo of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). The 6-foot-1, 187-pound native of Minsk, Belarus, ranked T-3rd among KHL goaltenders in assists (2), T-8th in games played, 10th in saves (1,046) and 11th in minutes played (2,378:48). The left-glove backstop recorded a career-high 47 saves on a career-high 48 shots on Nov. 30 vs. Spartak, tallied a season-high three-game point streak (2-0-1), stopping 91-of-95 shots from Nov. 28-Dec. 2 and went 1-2-0 with a 3.08 GAA and a .917 SV% in three playoff games from March 7-11. He owns a 28-39-7 record with a 2.73 GAA, a .909 SV%, two shutouts and three assists in 79 career KHL games, all with Minsk Dynamo, in three seasons (2020-23).

Kolosov was selected by Philadelphia in the third round (78th overall) of the 2021 NHL Draft.
