This program is designed to incorporate floor hockey into your school’s physical education curriculum while also learning about the game of hockey. Our Buffalo Sabres staff will come with fun and exciting games for your students and all participating students will receive a complimentary Sabres ticket and a Students Of The Game t-shirt.

Learn to Play can help your child learn and grow in all aspects of life. Playing hockey helps improve children’s physical fitness while strengthening their mental health, encouraging leadership behaviors, fostering character development, and teaching important life lessons.

During each month of the high school hockey season, the Sabres will select one male and one female high school hockey player and one coach from Western New York as Buffalo Sabres High School Hockey Monthly Honorees.
Come out and celebrate the kickoff of the Section VI High School Season on December 11th as the Buffalo Sabres take on the New York Rangers!
The Sabres are excited to announce the return of our middle school intramural ball hockey program: Ball Hockey Battle. Your Intramural Director or Physical Education Staff will run a 3-6 week “regular season” with the winner participating in a championship tournament here at KeyBank Center.
