2024 NHL® ALL-STAR GAME AND NHL ALL-STAR SKILLS™ REFUND POLICY
The 2024 NHL® All-Star (the "Game") and NHL All-Star Skills™ (the "Skills," together with the Game, collectively, the "Event") will be held at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario (the "Arena"). The Skills is scheduled to be held on February 2, 2024, and the Game is scheduled to be held on February 3, 2024. The time and/or date of the Event (or any portion thereof) may be delayed, postponed, or rescheduled for any reason. Please note refunds will not be issued if the Event (or any portion thereof) is delayed, postponed, or otherwise rescheduled and later held at the Arena.
The Game and/or the Skills may be cancelled or altered at the discretion of the National Hockey League (the "NHL") for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather, public health and safety, or governmental order. All Event ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted, save and except as expressly provided below. If the Event (or any portion thereof) is cancelled or altered in such a way that the NHL, in its discretion, prohibits use of certain tickets for entry into the Arena, a purchaser having purchased any such tickets from an Authorized Ticket Outlet (defined below) (each, a "Primary Ticket Purchaser") will be entitled to a refund from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet as its sole and exclusive remedy, and under no circumstances will be entitled to any special, incidental, or consequential damages. The foregoing is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Primary Ticket Purchaser will receive a refund for the cancelled or altered Event (as provided above) directly from the Authorized Ticket Outlet used by such Primary Ticket Purchaser. "Authorized Ticket Outlets" for the Event are Ticketmaster, NHL, Scotiabank Arena, and Toronto Maple Leafs®.
Anyone purchasing a ticket from a source other than an Authorized Ticket Outlet will not be entitled to a refund from any Authorized Ticket Outlet. Anyone purchasing a ticket from a source other than an Authorized Ticket Outlet must seek a refund, if applicable, directly from the party from whom any such ticket was purchased. Authorized Ticket Outlets will only refund the Primary Ticket Purchaser.
Primary Ticket Purchaser should retain original purchased ticket(s) and a credit card receipt, and/or a receipt which verifies the purchase of such ticket(s) from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet.
Primary Ticket Purchaser will be issued a refund of the Game and/or Skill ticket price paid by the Primary Ticket Purchaser to the Authorized Ticket Outlet for such ticket(s), as applicable, plus any fees, taxes, charges, processing fees, delivery fees, etc. charged at the time of purchase. In no event will any other amounts be refunded, unless required by applicable law.
If a refund is issued in accordance with this policy, such refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet. For example, if a credit card was used to make the ticket purchase, then that same credit card will be credited for the refund.
