2024 NHL WINTER CLASSIC® REFUND POLICY
The 2024 NHL Winter Classic® (the "Event") is scheduled to be held on January 1, 2024 ("Event Date") at T-Mobile Park in Seattle, Washington (the "Stadium"). The time and/or date of the Event may be rescheduled for any reason. If rescheduled, the Event will be held at the Stadium on the Event Date at an alternate time from the originally scheduled time, or on January 2, 2024 ("Alternate Event Date"), at a time to be determined. Event tickets issued for January 1, 2024 will be honored if the Event is rescheduled at the Stadium for either an alternate time on January 1st or on January 2nd. Please note no refunds or exchanges will be issued by any Authorized Ticket Outlet (defined below), if the Event is delayed, postponed or otherwise rescheduled and played at the Stadium on the Event Date or Alternate Event Date.
The Event may be cancelled or altered at the discretion of the National Hockey League (the "NHL") for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather, public health and safety, or governmental order. All Event ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted, save and except as expressly provided below. If the Event is cancelled or altered in such a way that the NHL, in its discretion, prohibits use of certain tickets for entry into the Stadium, a purchaser having purchased any such tickets from an Authorized Ticket Outlet (defined below) (each, a "Primary Ticket Purchaser") will be entitled to a refund from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet as its sole and exclusive remedy, and under no circumstances will be entitled to any special, incidental, or consequential damages. The foregoing is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Primary Ticket Purchaser will receive a refund for the cancelled or altered Event (as provided above) directly from the Authorized Ticket Outlet used by such Primary Ticket Purchaser. "Authorized Ticket Outlets" for the Event are Ticketmaster, NHL, Seattle Kraken®, Vegas Golden Knights®, FEVO, and the Stadium. Anyone purchasing a ticket from a source other than an Authorized Ticket Outlet will not be entitled to a refund from any Authorized Ticket Outlet. Anyone purchasing a ticket from a source other than an Authorized Ticket Outlet must seek a refund, if applicable, directly from the party from whom any such ticket was purchased. Authorized Ticket Outlets will only refund the Primary Ticket Purchaser.
- Primary Ticket Purchaser should retain original purchased ticket(s) and a credit card receipt, and/or a receipt which verifies the purchase of such ticket(s) from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet.
• Primary Ticket Purchaser will be issued a refund of the ticket price paid by the Primary Ticket Purchaser to the Authorized Ticket Outlet for ticket(s), plus any fees, taxes, charges, processing fees, delivery fees, etc. charged at the time of purchase. In no event will any other amounts be refunded, unless required by applicable law. - If a refund is issued in accordance with this policy, such refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase from the applicable Authorized Ticket Outlet. For example, if a credit card was used to make the ticket purchase, then that same credit card will be credited for the refund.
