What information does QuickQueue provide to guests?
QuickQueue provides guests with relative wait times for restrooms
- "Not Busy" with a single person icon will appear if there is no wait time for that restroom
- "Less Busy" with a double person icon will appear if there is a relatively shorter wait time for that restroom compared to other restrooms at that time
- "More Busy" with a triple person icon will appear if there is a relatively longer wait time for that restroom compared to other restrooms at that time
Which restrooms are represented in QuickQueue?
All restrooms on the Oracle Concourse Level and Upper Concourse Level are included. Dime Club restrooms, Pitchbook Suite Level restrooms and JetBlue Runway Level restrooms are not currently included, however restroom queues for our Premium clubs and suites are typically not busy.
Which events is QuickQueue available for?
QuickQueue is currently available for all New York Islanders home games.
How does QuickQueue work?
The QuickQueue camera technology is designed to capture environmental and arena data, not personal information. It records footage to monitor general patterns and operations, and does not identify or track individuals. All data is processed in compliance with privacy guidelines, ensuring that footage remains anonymous and secure.
