Bode Wilde continues to produce for the Saginaw Spirit, notching four points (1G, 3A) in three games last week. Wilde, the Islanders 2018 second-round pick (41st overall) was named the first star in Saginaw's 7-1 win over Kingston on Friday, recording a goal and two assists. The three-point night was Wilde's fifth of the season.
Wilde now has 50 points (13G, 37A) in 41 games for Saginaw, good for second in team scoring, but first among defensemen. The 19-year-old is tied for second among OHL defenseman in points.
