DUFOUR'S OFFENSIVE DAMAGE CONTINUES

William Dufour's scoring tear continue with the Saint John Sea Dogs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), as the Islanders' 2020 fifth rounder deposited goals in back-to-back games last week. In doing so, Dufour extended his point streak to 10 games with 18 points (8G, 10A) during that span.
Dufour posted a three-point performance with a goal and two assists on Nov. 25 in Saint John's 9-2 rout over Rouyn-Noranda. The right shot scored on the power play, which marked his fifth man advantage tally of the season.

On Nov. 27, Dufour recorded two points (1G, 1A), including the game-winner, to earn first star of the game honors. To clinch the 5-4 OT win for Saint John, the 19-year-old scored his 18th goal of the season just 15 seconds into overtime.
Through 22 games, Dufour has totaled 36 points (18G, 18A). He now leads the QMJHL with his 18 goals and is ranked third overall with 36 points. He and Saint John are ranked sixth overall in the Eastern Conference of the 'Q' with a 11-8-3 record.
