I have been teaching for eight years and I love working with students and making their learning exciting and fun. How else are you involved in the community? When I am not teaching, I am coaching soccer and basketball teams for my sons. I am also the head of the beautification group in my neighborhood. My wife is also a special education teacher. We have three boys and our niece is our foster child. Who is your favorite NHL® player and why? My favorite player is Andres Lee because he plays the position that I played when I was younger - left wing - and he is the captain who leads his team on and off the ice. What is your favorite part of the Future Goals™ program? How do you see STEM in the game of hockey? There are so many options for the students to utilize, and they are not bored doing the same thing over and over. STEM is all over the game of hockey, from puck physics, equipment and uniform technology, surface area, and even statistics.
