Anders Lee out indefinitely with lower-body injury

New York Islanders team captain Anders Lee is out indefinitely with a lower-body injury, the team announced on Friday morning.
Lee left Thursday's 5-3 win over New Jersey in the first period and did not return.
Lee leads the Islanders with 12 goals this season and is second on the team with 19 points. Lee's ironman streak will end 295 consecutive games, the third-longest streak in Islanders history.
UPDATE: Lee was placed on Long Term Injured Reserve (LTIR) on Sunday, March 14.
