The New York Islanders-Montreal Canadiens game scheduled for Monday, Dec. 20, 2021, is postponed, as the NHL and NHLPA postpone cross-border games through Dec. 23.

Information about rescheduling Monday's game will be made available at a later date. This marks the third Islanders game to be postponed this season, following the Nov. 28 game against the New York Rangers and the Nov. 30 game against the Philadelphia Flyers. The Islanders-Rangers game was rescheduled for March 17.
