The New York Islanders won their fourth-straight game on Sunday afternoon, beating the New Jersey Devils 4-3 at Prudential Center.
Jean-Gabriel Pageau led the way with a natural hat trick and a four-point game, while Cory Schneider played his first NHL game - and recorded his first NHL win - since March 6, 2020. Kyle Palmieri (1G, 2A) and Adam Pelech (3A) each recorded three-point games.
Jesper Boqvist and Tomas Tatar scored for the Devils while Nico Daws stopped 25 of 29 in the loss.
With the win, the Isles improve to 14-4-0 in their last 18 games with the Devils, including 7-2-0 in New Jersey. The Islanders win the season series 3-1-0 and move to five games over NHL .500 for the first time this season.
