Final-Red-Wings

The New York Islanders mounted a late comeback, but ultimately fell 2-1 to the Detroit Red Wings at Little Caesars Arena on Tuesday night.
With under three minutes to play Anders Lee cut the Islanders deficit to one, but that's as close as they'd come. Detroit captain Dylan Larkin scored a power-play goal midway through the second period, while Michael Rasmussen scored the eventual game-winner midway through the third period.
The loss was their second to the Red Wings this season, after falling 4-3 in OT on Dec. 4.
