Piero Greco

Goaltending Coach

Piero Greco joined the Islanders as Goaltending Coach on July 25, 2018.

Greco spent the previous four seasons as the Head Goaltending Coach for the Toronto Marlies, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs. During Greco's final season with the franchise in 2017-18, the Marlies won their first Calder Cup Championship.

Prior to working for the Marlies, Greco coached in the Ontario Hockey League with the Owen Sound Attack (2002-2004), Barrie Colts (2004-2010) and the Kitchener Rangers (2010-2013).

The Toronto, Ontario native played professionally for 12 seasons in Europe, making stops in Italy, England and Austria. Greco also played in the ECHL with the Birmingham Bulls.
