You will no longer need to print tickets for Islanders games! We're looking forward to improving your experience on game nights by providing a more convenient and efficient entry into UBS Arena while also protecting the value and authenticity of your tickets.
Can I still print my tickets?
No, the print at home option is no longer available. Please download the NHL App or UBS Arena app to access your mobile tickets.

What if my phone cannot download the NHL app or UBS Arena app?
You can visit newyorkislanders.com/mytix on any mobile browser and access your tickets.
What happens if I forget my phone or my battery dies before I get to the arena?
Visit the Ticketmaster Box Office at the NE entrance upon arrival to the game for assistance locating your ticket order. Please be sure to have proper ID and any supporting material regarding your purchase (ticket order confirmation, credit card used to purchase, seat locations, etc.). Please note: the box office closes midway through the second period.
What happens if my friend accepts tickets and can no longer go?
Once your friend has accepted the tickets, you cannot reclaim them. Your friend can transfer them back to you.
