Mobile Ticket Troubleshooting

Mobile tickets are your key to entering New York Islanders games and events at UBS Arena.

Tickets can be accessed via the New York Islanders + UBS Arena app, as well as Ticketmaster’s mobile website.

If you are having trouble accessing your tickets, please see the list below for recommended steps and solutions.

How To Manage Tickets Through the App

Click the ticket icon at the bottom of your screen.

Click the manage tickets button.

Enter your Ticketmaster Account Manager information.

Select your event.

Click “View Ticket”

Click Add to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

Add to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

You can now find your ticket in your Apple Wallet or Google Play.

I’m having trouble accessing the barcodes on my tickets.

Barcodes for tickets will be available in the app 48 hours prior to a New York Islanders home game, per Ticketmaster regulations. Tickets can be added to Apple and Google wallets prior to the 48-hour window.

If you cannot access your tickets via the app, tickets can also be accessed via the Ticketmaster app, or via Ticketmaster’s mobile website.

I’m seeing a blank screen when I try to access tickets in the app.

Please try the following steps:

If you’ve followed the steps above, logging out of your app profile and logging back in is a recommended solution.

While not recommended, users can also delete and re-download to ensure newest version of app.

I’m unable to access my tickets on the app. What should I do?

Your Member Pass can be found on the More menu. The More button can be found on the bottom right corner of your home page. Please reference the screen shots below.

How To Manage Tickets Through Ticketmaster's Mobile Website

Log into your Ticketmaster Account Manager via the profile icon at the top of the page.

Enter your Ticketmaster Account Manager credentials and sign in.

Select My Events

Click “View Event Details” on the event you’d like to select.

Click on the ticket/s you’d like to access.

Click “Add to Apple Wallet” (iOS) or “Add to Google Wallet” (Android) depending on your operating system.

I’m seeing a ticket screen on the Ticketmaster mobile website, but can’t see a button to add my tickets to my wallet.

Please check the zoom settings on your phone. On Android, please align your settings to the screen shots below.
