Season Ticket Members continue to have increased flexibility when using their tickets.

This digital benefit will allow members to exchange tickets for games they cannot use for additional tickets at other Isles games at UBS Arena.

Tutorial

Step 1: Log into your New York Islanders account on Ticketmaster.com

Step 2: Select “My Events” at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Select which event you would like to manage by clicking on “Select Event” to the right.

Step 4: Once on the page for the specific game, click on the “More” button to the right and the “Exchange” button will appear. Click on this button to proceed.

Step 5: Select the seats you would like to manage from the game and click “Continue”.

Step 6: Now you will see games that are eligible to exchange into. Choose your preferred game by clicking on “Select Event” to the right.

Step 7: The seat map will appear so that you can choose your preferred seats for the new game. Once you select your seats, they will appear in your cart. When ready, click “Continue”.

Step 8: Review your transaction to make sure everything is correct. When ready, click “Next”.

Step 9: Accept the Terms & Conditions and click "Pay Now". Note that if you made an even exchange in tickets, there will be no charge. If you upgrade your seats, payment will need to be made to finalize the transaction.

Step 10: You will receive an email confirmation once your transaction is successful. At that time, you will be able to manage the new set of tickets in your New York Islanders Account Manager.

Important Info

  • Ticket exchanges are only available when inventory permits.
  • All exchanges must be completed 72 hours in advance of the game that is being returned. Games will not be available to be returned within 72 hours of game time.
  • Games that are being exchanged must be paid in full at the time of the exchange.
  • All exchanges must be for tickets of equal or greater value.
  • All exchanges must also be for the same number of seats, so if exchanging 4 seats from Game A, you must check out with 4 tickets for Game B.
  • Unfortunately, parking for games cannot be exchanged. You will receive a parking refund for the game you are exchanging out of.
  • Please note that only one game can be exchanged at a time during a transaction. If you would like to exchange additional games, you must begin the process again for the next transaction.
  • Blackout Dates do apply.
    • Members cannot return tickets to the following games: 9/27 vs. NJD, 9/30 vs. PHI, 10/4 vs. NYR.

Can I downgrade my seats for a game?

How far in advance do I have to return my tickets to an upcoming game in my plan in order to exchange them for tickets to another game?

Can I exchange parking?

No. Parking cannot be exchanged. Your parking purchased to the game being returned will be refunded.

Can I trade additional tickets outside of my Season Ticket Membership that I have purchased for a game?

No. You can only trade the tickets associated with your Season Ticket Membership.

Can I transfer or resell tickets I have received from an exchange?

Yes. Tickets you receive from an exchange can be treated like any other ticket in your Season Ticket Membership.

Can I exchange my tickets if I still owe money on my Season Ticket Member payment plan?

Only tickets that have already been paid for are eligible to be exchanged through the Ticket Exchange Program.
