Shannon Hogan
Shannon Hogan is in her 10th season as a host and reporter for New York Islanders telecasts on MSG Networks.
Prior to joining MSG Networks, Hogan worked for Fox Sports Detroit, where she covered the Red Wings, Tigers and Pistons, along with college hockey. During her time in Detroit, she won a 2014 Michigan Emmy Award in the sports anchor category. Throughout her career, she has covered a number of marquee sporting events including the 2010 US Open, 2010 World Series, 2014 Winter Classic, as well as the Stanley Cup Playoffs since 2011.
Hogan was a collegiate swimmer at the University of Virginia contributing to their ACC Championship team title. She went on to continue her swimming career at University of Missouri, where she earned All-Big XII honors and was a school record holder. She graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
When away from the rink, Hogan loves to travel and spend time with her husband Brendan, daughter Niamh and son Ciaran. Her favorite places to explore include Croatia, Greece, Italy, Ireland and Southeast Asia.
Janet Duch
With more than 25 years of business operations, marketing and commercial experience across sports, entertainment and hospitality, Janet has built her career across various entities. She is currently the EVP of Marketing and Communications for UBS Arena and the New York Islanders.
Previously, Janet was the XFL’s Chief Marketing and Team Business Operations Officer, where she led the strategic day-to-day start-up plans and narrative for the 2023 relaunch of the League and its eight teams. She first joined the XFL in April 2019, serving dual roles as President of the New York Guardians and Head of Performance Marketing for the League.
Janet began her seven-year journey in startups with On Location Experiences, a premium hospitality company spun off from the NFL. Her sports career began at Madison Square Garden, where she spent 18 years+ and was the SVP of Marketing for the New York Rangers and Knicks.
Janet is a Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 Recipient – Class of 2015, and a Forty Under 40 Recipient Marketing & Communications Leaders in Sports – Class of 2015. She earned a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Journalism and Mass Communication, where she was a member of the women’s volleyball team.
Pattie Falch
Pattie Falch’s role has grown along with Heineken USA. From beginning her career with the company 27 years ago as assistant to the CMO, she moved through the ranks of Heineken USA. Throughout her tenure with Heineken, Pattie has had the opportunity to ideate, create and execute both legendary owned events and sponsorships. Some key successes in her time include the creation of Heineken House, the brand’s proprietary on-site event activation platform to leading Heineken’s newest deal as a sponsor of Formula One. She continues to create new and exciting programming around the brand’s longstanding relationship with the US Open and MLS as well and delivering exciting consumer engagements with the NY Islanders and Miami Dolphins.
Alexa Gruschow
Alexa Gruschow is a forward from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Alexa is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Gruschow started playing hockey at the age of 5 to keep up with her older brothers but instantly fell in love with sport. When Alexa is not on the ice, she is working towards her goal of becoming a certified food scientist.
Alexis Moed
Alexis is the president and founder of the NY Islanders Girls Elite Organization. Currently entering their 8th season, Alexis has grown the program from 25 girls across two teams to over 150 girls across seven teams and a developmental program. In addition to her role with the Islanders Elite, Alexis serves as the Hockey Director for the Northwell Health Ice Center, managing the youth in house program, summer camp and clinics, a 20-team adult league, boys spring tournament program and an upcoming outdoor Dek league. Alexis is also the founder and director of the NY Metros girls spring hockey program. For her involvement in and development of youth sports Alexis was named the 2019 recipient of the Dolphin Foundation Award which honors those who have demonstrated a long standing commitment to the growth of youth sports for the benefit of the community and enrichment in the lives of the athletes. Additionally, in June of 2021 Alexis was named the General Manager of the Connecticut Whale; a professional women’s hockey team in the PHF which merged with the current PWHL in June of 2023. Prior to her professional career Alexis played four years of Division I NCAA hockey at Boston College. While at BC Alexis was named to the Hockey East All Academic squad and presented with the Athletics Directors Award in her senior year. Alexis was also a member of the division I sailing team while at Boston College.
Lindsey Post
Lindsey Post is a goaltender from Chelsea, Quebec. Lindsey is a graduate of the University of Alberta where she helped lead the Pandas to the 2017 U SPORTS Women’s Hockey Championship. Post started playing hockey at 10 after her dad built an outdoor rink for their family. Post cites her ability to stay calm and collected under pressure as one her best attributes to playing with confidence.
Stacey Rosen
Stacey E. Rosen, MD, is the Executive Director of Northwell Health’s Katz Institute for Women’s Health, Senior Vice President of Women’s Health and Partners Council Professor of Women's Health, Professor of Cardiology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Rosen is a leading expert in the field of cardiovascular disease in women and oversees women's health services at Northwell Health with a focus on the elimination of healthcare disparities through comprehensive clinical programs, gender-based research, community partnerships and education. She has been a practicing cardiologist for over 30 years, co-authored the book, Heart Smarter for Women: Six Weeks to a Healthier Heart published in 2022 and currently serves on the AHA NYC Board of Directors.
Dr. Amy West
Amy West, MD, EdM, FAAPMR is a non-operative sports medicine physiatrist at Northwell Health. She specializes in treating female athletes and her goal is to return people to their activities as safely and as quickly as possible. Dr. West is a team physician for Hofstra University and for the CrossFit Games. She is a graduate of Harvard Medical School, completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard-Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and her fellowship in Sports Medicine at Maine Medical Center.
