Copp, 23, played in 64 games for the Jets last season and established career-highs for points (17), goals (9), and assists (8) despite missing 18 games. He also played in eight games for the AHL's Manitoba Moose and had five assists in eight games. He has now played 142 games for Winnipeg and has 31 points (16G, 15A).
Copp was drafted by the Jets in the fourth round (104th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.
