Jets sign defenceman Dmitry Kuzmin to a three-year, entry-level contract

WINNIPEG - The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with defenceman Dmitry Kuzmin on a three-year, entry-level contract with an average annual value in the NHL of $866,667.

Kuzmin, Winnipeg's third round pick (82nd overall) in the 2021 NHL Draft, tallied 12 points (3G, 9A) in 46 games with Dinamo-Molodechno of the Belarus league. He also had five points (1G, 4A) in five games for Belarus at the U18 World Championship.
