What is Ticket Swap?
Ticket Swap is a new program that will allow Winnipeg Jets Season Ticket Members to swap tickets for select games during the 2024-25 regular season.
How many games am I allowed to swap?
- Full Season Ticket Members can swap up to 4 games.
- Half Season Ticket Members can swap up to 2 games.
- Quarter Season Ticket Members can swap 1 game.
Which games am I allowed to swap?
Please view the list above to see which games are eligible to be swapped.
Can I swap my Pre-Season games?
No, Pre-Season games are not eligible to be swapped. Please view the list above.
How do I swap games?
Please contact your dedicated Account Executive to swap your game. Your Account Executive's contact information can be found here.
Is there a deadline to swap games?
Tickets must be swapped a minimum of 6 business days before that game is played.
Can I swap tickets for a game I already have tickets for?
If you would like to swap tickets for a game you already have tickets to (ie. you have 2 tickets for two separate games and would like 4 tickets to one game), you are able to do that. Your Account Executive will do their best to find a block of seats for your request.
Can I swap tickets for a game that has already been played?
Once the game has been played, it cannot be swapped. All swaps must be completed a minimum of 6 business days prior to that game.
Can I swap into new tickets that are a different price than my original tickets?
Yes. You will only need to pay the difference in ticket price.
