On Tuesday, February 12, the LA Kings and the Pasadena Humane Society partnered with the Belmont Senior Living Community in Burbank as part of the
Pets for the Elderly
program.
Six senior dogs were brought to the Belmont Senior Living Community with the hopes of finding permanent, loving homes.

Animal welfare is a cause that many Kings players and their wives have become heavily involved with, and the Kings wanted to give the residents at Belmont the opportunity to find a pet that will give them unconditional love.

Family and friends joined residents at the event, where four out of the six dogs were adopted! The bonus? The Kings covered all of the adoption fees, so the animals could be adopted at no cost to the new owners.

In addition to having fun with the dogs, attendees were treated to dinner, drinks and a dance party with Bailey and the Ice Crew.
