Andersson, 24, opened the 2022-23 season with the Reign, registering nine points (5-4=9) in 11 games before being recalled to the Kings on Nov. 13. Among all Reign skaters, Andersson is tied for first in goals (5) and ranks fourth in both assists (4) and points (9). The 6-1, 185-pound forward appeared in 20 games for the Kings last season, tallying two points (1-1=2). In 109 career NHL games, Andersson has posted 17 points (7-10=17) and 57 PIM (penalty minutes) with the Kings and New York Rangers.
Kupari, 22, has appeared in 12 games with the Kings this season, collecting a goal and three assists (1-3=4) with a plus-1 rating. The 6-2, 200-pound forward has also skated in six contests for the Reign, earning six points (3-3=6) with a plus-5 rating and eight PIM (penalty minutes) before his recall on Nov. 5. The Kotka, Finland native spent the majority of the 2021-22 season with the Kings, appearing in a career-high 57 games and establishing career marks in goals (5), assists (8), points (13), power-play goals (1), power-play assists (2), shorthanded goals (1) and game-winning goals (1). In 80 career AHL games with Ontario, Kupari has posted 45 points (22-23=55) with a plus-3 rating and 47 PIM.
Moverare, 24, made his 2022-23 season debut with the Kings on Nov. 19 in Seattle, where he led the team with five shots and logged 13:45 minutes of time-on-ice. Moverare has appeared in eight games with the Reign this season before being recalled to the Kings on Nov. 13, earning two assists (0-2=2). Last season, the 6-3, 210-pound defenseman skated in 19 games with the Kings after making his NHL debut on Jan. 6 against the Nashville Predators. He finished with two points (0-2=2), a plus-3 rating, and an average of 16:20 time-on-ice, which ranked fourth-most among Kings rookie blueliners. In 30 games with the Reign, Moverare posted 10 points (3-7=10) and a plus-6 rating.
The Kings return to Crypto.com Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 22, as they host the New York Rangers. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on Bally Sports West TV and the LA Kings Audio Network on iHeartRadio. Following Tuesday's game, the Kings will face the San Jose Sharks in San Jose on Friday, Nov. 25, before opening a four-game homestand with the Ottawa Senators (Nov. 27), Seattle Kraken (Nov. 29), Arizona Coyotes (Dec. 1) and Carolina Hurricanes (Dec. 3).
