The LA Kings have recalled forward Austin Wagner from the Ontario Reign (AHL), Kings Vice President and General Manager Rob Blake announced today.

The 21-year-old (born June 23, 1997) is a 6-1, 185-pound native of Calgary, Alberta who has played in 18 games with the Kings in this his first NHL season, recording four points (1-3=4) and four penalty minutes.

Austin Wagner's road to the LA Kings

He scored his first NHL goal on November 21 vs. Colorado. Wagner has also appeared in seven games this season with the Reign and has recorded three goals.
