The LA Kings have announced the following player transactions.

Dudas also captured gold with Team Canada at the 2017 Ivan Hlinka Memorial, recording one goal in five games, and he played for Team Canada at the 2018 Under 18 World Championship.
Nathan Dunkley - F (London, OHL)

The 5-11, 192-pound 18-year-old scored at just under a point-per-game pace in the OHL last season (57 points from 60 games) with the Kingston Frontenacs and London Knights. He added one point (0-1=1) in four postseason games with the Knights.
Dunkley attended the Kings 2018 Development Camp earlier this summer.
Jacob Ingham - G (Mississauga, OHL)

The 6-4, 191-pound 18-year-old netminder from Barrie, Ontario, made 43 appearances with the OHL's Mississauga Steelheads this past season, totaling 16 of his team's 33 regular season wins to go along with a 3.65 goals-against-average and a .880 save-percentage. He also skated in five of the Steelheads six postseason games, winning two of those games while posting a 4.02 goals-against-average and a .870 save-percentage.
Michal Ivan - D (Acadie-Bathurst, QMJHL)

The 6-1. 181-pound defenseman from Ziar nad Hronom, Slovakia, split last season between playing professionally in Slovakia with HKM Zvolen and in the QMJHL with Acadie-Bathurst Titan.
He scored 17 points in 48 games while playing for Acadie-Bathurst Titan.
Ivan attended the Kings 2018 Development Camp earlier this summer.
Markus Phillips - D (Owen Sound, OHL)

Phillips, selected in the fourth round in 2017, is coming off seasons in which he netted 13 and 10 goals as a left-shot defenseman at OHL-Owen Sound and is poised to enter his 19-year-old season in a prime leadership position with the Attack. He captained Canada's Men's Summer U-18 Team at the 2016 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Cup and has also worn the Maple Leaf at the 2016 U-18 World Championship and the 2015 World U-17 Hockey Challenge.
Akil Thomas - F (Niagara, OHL)
Thomas, a 5-11, 177-pound 18-year old from Scarborough, Ontario, totaled 81 points (22-59=81), a plus-6 rating and 36 penalty minutes in 68 regular season games this past season. Thomas ranked fifth in the OHL in assists and ranked second on the IceDogs in points. He also produced over a point per game during the postseason, recording 11 points (5-6=11) in 10 postseason games.

Internationally, Thomas captured gold with Team Canada at the 2017 Ivan Hlinka Memorial where he tied for second on the team with six points (2-4=6) in five games. He also represented his country twice at the Under-18 World Championship (2018 and 2017).
In his rookie season of 2016-17, Thomas was named to the OHL First All-Rookie Team after setting a Niagara record for rookie scoring in a single season with 48 points (21-27=48) in 61 regular season games.
Matthew Villalta - G (Sault Ste. Marie, OHL)

The 19-year-old Villalta is a 6-2, 181-pound native of Kingston, Ontario, who appeared in 49 regular-season games this year with Sault Ste. Marie, posting a 40-5-2-2 record, .908 save percentage, 2.58 goal-against average and three shutouts.
Villalta signed a three-year entry-level contract
with the Kings in April.
He led the OHL in wins and goals-against average, ranked tied for third in shutouts, and ranked 11th in save percentage.

Released from ATO:

Mark Rassell
Rassell, a forward, spent the 2017-18 season in the WHL with Medicine Hat, where he collected 80 points from 70 games played, including 50 goals, which ranked fourth in the league.
He attended the Kings 2018 Development Camp earlier this summer.
The Kings have 52 players remaining on their 2018 Training Camp roster.
