The LA Kings Will Host Blood Drives Prior to the Next Four Home Games

Throughout the month of January, Children's Hospital Los Angeles will conduct Blood Drives outside STAPLES Center for National Blood Donor Month.
Blood drives will take place prior to the LA Kings home games on January 13th, 15th, 18th and 21st.
Each blood drive will begin 2 hours before the game's scheduled start time. All interested donors are encouraged to stop by CHLA's Blood Mobile stationed on Chick Hearn Ct. to learn more and donate.

Fans who donate blood will receive two tickets to a Kings home game in February AND will be automatically entered to win Kings-signed items.

The Kings' relationship with CHLA's Department of Pathology's Transfusion Medicine Program (Blood Bank) has allowed the hospital to become nearly self-sufficient in blood products, aiding 98% of CHLA patients compared to 90% previously.
