Trevor Lewis Placed Injured Reserve LA Kings

The LA Kings have placed forward Trevor Lewis on injured reserve (retroactive to Feb. 9), Kings Vice President and General Manager Rob Blake announced today.
The 6-1, 205-pound native of Salt Lake City, Utah has appeared in 54 games this season with the Kings, posting 24 points (13-11=24), a plus-1 rating and 21 penalty minutes.

Lewis has set a career-high in goals this season, and is one-point shy of tying his career-high in points (25 point in 2014-15).

Draft in the first-round (17th overall) by the Kings in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, Lewis has appeared in 560 career NHL games posting 137 points (60-77=137) and 142 penalty minutes.
The Kings continue their season-long seven game road-trip tonight against the Carolina Hurricanes at 4 p.m. at PNC Arena.
