Player Philanthropy

Lightning players are honored to give back to the community that supports them. Each season, players regularly visit schools and hospitals, and participate in other public appearances that support children and families throughout the Tampa Bay region. Each year at the holidays, players take children from community organizations on a shopping spree to spread some holiday cheer.

Charity Player Ticket Program

Several of our players participate in our charity player ticket program, where they purchase bulk tickets to bring nonprofit guests to games throughout the season. Many of them use these tickets to support specific causes or nonprofits that they are passionate about.
