When you ("You") enter a Vinik Sports Group, LLC (or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, collectively, "VSG") event or program (an "Event"), You enter a public area where photography, audio, & video recording may occur.

By entering the Premises, You hereby:

• Consent to (i) being the subject of photographic or video capture by VSG or any of its agents or representatives and (ii) having VSG, the NHL or any of their partners' usage of such photographic or video recording for marketing, promotional or commercial purposes;
• Release VSG and its agents (including, for the avoidance of doubt, its independent contractors), and any and all 3^rd parties involved with the Event from any and all liability related to the creation and/or use of the photographs, images, videos or other substantially similar recordings made in connection with Your presence at the Premises for the applicable Event; and

Waive (i) all rights You may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of the materials captured at the Premises during the Event, regardless of the purpose of such use (e.g. for VSG and/or 3rd party commercial exploitation), and (ii) any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by VSG, its agents, vendors or any other person or entity designated to do so for the Event on the Premises.

You acknowledge that You have been fully informed of what You are consenting to, including, for the avoidance of doubt, (i) the ability for VSG and its affiliates and partners to exploit any/all photographic images or video recording of You captured at the Premises, (ii) the waiver of Your rights to any potential compensation or inspection with respect to any images or videos captured at the Premises and (iii) the release from liability granted to VSG in connection with any acts it takes with respect to the Event.
