POTM-2568x1444-Stamkos

February was an odd month for the Lightning schedule-wise. Tampa Bay only played six games, had to work through a pair of extended layoffs and a unique road trip to Nashville for an outdoor game at the Stadium Series.
Through it all, Steven Stamkos was the Bolts' most consistent player, leading the team with five goals and eight points, while also appearing at the All-Star Game.

Stamkos opened the month as one of three Lightning players selected to the Atlantic Division roster for the All-Star Game in Las Vegas. Stamkos placed second in his Skills Competition event, NHL 21 in 22, on Friday night. In the game on Saturday, Stamkos converted on a breakaway chance in the Atlantic's loss to the Central Division.
After being held off the scoresheet in Tampa Bay's first game back from the break in Colorado, Stamkos finished the month with points in each of the final four games in February.
