The Tampa Bay Lightning scored 280 goals during the 2022-23 regular season, the eighth-most among all NHL teams and the fourth-most in a single season in franchise history. It was the first time in the team's 30-year existence that four players hit the 30-goal mark in a single season.

Brayden Point led the Bolts with 51 goals as he became just the third skater in Tampa Bay franchise history to light the lamp 50 or more times in a single season, joining his teammate Steven Stamkos and Lightning Hall of Famer Vinny Lecavalier.

Stamkos finished behind Point with 34 goals for his eighth career 30-goal season, the most among all skaters in franchise history. Brandon Hagel and Nikita Kucherov also hit the 30-goal mark, with the two forwards both scoring 30 goals apiece and ranking tied for the third-most goals on the team.
