He ranks tied for third on the team with two power-play goals, fourth with 12 assists and tied for fourth for points. Peca has recorded at least a point in seven of Syracuse's previous nine games, notching a goal and seven assists in that span.
A native of Petawawa, Ontario, Peca has played in 101 career AHL games, recording 14 goals and 64 points. He has also appeared in three Calder Cup Playoff games, all in 2015 with the Crunch, recording a goal and an assist.
The 5-foot-8, 178-pound forward played in 157 career NCAA games, all with the Quinnipiac Bobcats over four seasons, registering 42 goals and 143 points to go along with 91 penalty minutes. Peca led the Bobcats for assists in three of his four seasons with the team.
Peca was originally selected by the Lightning in the seventh round, 201st overall, at the 2011 NHL Draft.
