TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Lightning released their 2020-21 opening night roster, vice president and general manager Julien BriseBois announced today.

The Lightning's opening night roster will include 13 forwards, seven defensemen and two goaltenders. The full active roster is below. The taxi squad will be comprised of four players: forwards Tyler Johnson and Gemel Smith, defenseman Luke Schenn and goaltender Chris Gibson.
Forwards: Anthony Cirelli, Blake Coleman, Barclay Goodrow, Yanni Gourde, Mathieu Joseph, Alex Killorn, Patrick Maroon, Cristoval Nieves, Ondrej Palat, Brayden Point, Steven Stamkos, Mitchell Stephens and Alexander Volkov.
Defensemen: Andreas Borgman, Erik Cernak, Cal Foote, Victor Hedman, Ryan McDonagh, Jan Rutta and Mikhail Sergachev.
Goaltenders: Curtis McElhinney and Andrei Vasilevskiy.
