The 2021-22 NHL season marks the return of hockey to ABC/ESPN and the defending back-to-back Stanley Cup champs are set to feature prominently in the network's programming.
The Lightning are scheduled to play in front of a national television audience 13 times this season, beginning with an Opening Night matchup against the Pittsburgh Penguins - the last team to win two-straight Cups.

Other notable national games include a rematch of the 2021 Stanley Cup Final on December 28, Tampa Bay's Stadium Series debut on February 26 in Nashville and the Lightning's first visit to Seattle to face the Kraken on March 16.
