With an emphasis on drafting and developing, the Tampa Bay Lightning have created one of the strongest pipelines in the National Hockey League over the last few years. Each week, TampaBayLightning.com will provide statistical updates on key prospects throughout the Canadian Hockey League (CHL), the United States Hockey League (USHL), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and will highlight select players from the club's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch.

LW Boris Katchouk, Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds
Drafted 44th overall (2nd Round) in 2016
Katchouk pushed his point streak to 12 games with at least a point in all three of the Soo's games this weekend. He earned Second Star in each of the Greyhounds' wins on Friday and Saturday, scoring twice on Friday and adding three assists on Saturday. He leads his club in goals (30) and shorthanded goals (5) and is second with 54 points in 34 games.
C Alexey Lipanov, Sudbury Wolves
Drafted 76th overall (3rd Round) in 2017
Lipanov is the most recent prospect involved in a trade, heading to Sudbury from Barrie last week. He joins the Wolves as the third-highest scorer with 30 points and his three shorthanded goals leads the team. He added a goal in their 6-3 loss to Mississauga on Friday.
C Christopher Paquette, Peterborough Petes
Drafted 148th overall (5th Round) in 2016
After a scoring drought, Paquette got back on the scoresheet in a big way this past weekend, scoring twice (both on the power play) in the Petes' 6-2 win over Ottawa on Saturday.
RW Taylor Raddysh, Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds
Drafted 58th overall (2nd Round) in 2016
Since being traded from Erie, Raddysh has kept the pace and recorded seven points in two games this weekend to extend his own point streak to 11 games. He had two assists in the Soo's Friday win over Owen Sound, and was named First Star with two goals and three assists to lead the way in Saturday's win over Mississauga.
Western Hockey League (WHL)
D Cal Foote, Kelowna Rockets
Drafted 14th overall (1st Round) in 2017
With three assists and First Star honors in Kelowna's 6-2 win over Seattle on Friday, Foote continues to lead Rockets' defensemen in scoring with 35 points in 33 games. He is third overall in assists (28) and paces his club with 16 power-play assists.
D Libor Hajek, Regina Pats
Drafted 37th overall (2nd Round) in 2016
Hajek has skated in one game with the Pats since the trade and is fourth in defensemen scoring with 25 points in 34 games.
C Brett Howden, Moose Jaw Warriors
Drafted 27th overall (1st Round) in 2016
In his three games back from the World Juniors, Howden has exploded for the Warriors. He posted four goals and six assists in their three weekend games and was named First Star with a five-point performance in their 8-2 win over Edmonton on Friday. He was responsible as well for the game-winning goals in both Friday and Sunday's wins, with Sunday coming as the OTGWG.
D Oleg Sosunov, Moose Jaw Warriors
Drafted 178th overall (6th Round) in 2016
Sosunov is fourth in Warriors scoring for defensemen with 19 points in 45 games.
Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL)
C Otto Somppi, Halifax Mooseheads
Drafted 206th overall (7th Round) in 2016
Somppi is riding a four-game point streak and added three assists over the weekend, including one on the power-play and one on the Mooseheads' game-winner in their 4-3 win over Moncton on Saturday.
UNITED STATES HOCKEY LEAGUE (USHL)
C Cole Guttman, Dubuque Fighting Saints
Drafted 180th overall (6th Round) in 2017
Through 17 games this season, Guttman has 11 points for sixth overall in club scoring. Guttman is currently out with an injury.
D Nick Perbix, Omaha Lancers
Drafted 169th overall (6th Round) in 2017
Perbix scored a power-play goal for his first of the season in Omaha's 5-2 loss to Waterloo on Sunday, and has 11 points in 25 games.
NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (NCAA)
F Ross Colton, U. of Vermont (Hockey East)
Drafted 118th overall (4th Round) in 2016
Colton leads his team in both goals (11) and points (13) through 21 games in his sophomore season. His seven power-play goals is tied for second among all NCAA D-I skaters.
F Ryan Lohin, UMass Lowell (Hockey East)
Drafted 208th overall (7th Round) in 2016
Lohin leads his team in assists (13) and points (20) through 23 games, and his three shorthanded goals are tied for the NCAA D-I lead.
D John MacLeod, Boston University (Hockey East)
Drafted 57th overall (2nd Round) in 2014
In his senior season on the Terriers' blueline, MacLeod has two assists in 10 games.
G Kris Oldham, U. of Nebraska-Omaha (NCHC)
Drafted 153rd overall (6th Round) in 2015
Oldham is 1-2-1 with a 4.12 goals-against and a .867 save percentage.
D Ryan Zuhlsdorf, U. of Minnesota (Big Ten)
Drafted 150th overall (5th Round) in 2015
Zuhlsdorf has eight assists through 26 games so far this season for his Gophers.
AMERICAN HOCKEY LEAGUE - SYRACUSE CRUNCH
Syracuse has won nine in a row … While reassigned during the Lightning's bye week, Louis Domingue posted back-to-back shutouts for the Crunch … Jonne Tammela scored his first AHL goal in Monday's win over Binghamton … Matthew Peca leads the team with 31 points … Syracuse plays Wednesday at Belleville (Ottawa), Friday vs. Toronto (Toronto), and Saturday at Utica (Vancouver).
