The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that defenceman Jake Muzzin is expected to be out of the lineup for approximately four weeks after suffering a broken hand in last night's win against Tampa Bay. The Maple Leafs also announced that the club has recalled defenceman Calle Rosen from the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Rosen, 26, was acquired in a trade with the Colorado Avalanche on February 24. This season, the Vaxjo, Sweden native has recorded two assists in eight games with the Avalanche and 15 points (three goals, 12 assists) in 35 games with the AHL's Colorado Eagles.
Muzzin, 31, has collected 23 points (six goals, 17 assists) in 53 games with the Maple Leafs this season. In 579 career regular season NHL games, the Woodstock, Ontario native has registered 252 points (62 goals, 190 assists) while adding 22 points (seven goals, 15 assists) in 57 playoff games.
