McAdam, 23, split his 2017-18 season between the Bridgeport Sound Tigers (AHL) and the Worcester Railers (ECHL). In nine regular season appearances with Bridgeport, he posted a 5-2-0 record alongside a 2.77 goals-against average and a .903 save percentage. He had a 13-10-6 record in 29 regular season games with Worcester this season, recording a 2.84 goals-against average with a .910 save percentage before going 1-3 with a 2.01 goals-against average and .934 save percentage in four playoff games. In 36 career AHL games, all with Bridgeport, McAdam has a 20-11-0 record with a 2.97 goals-against average and a .895 save percentage. The Doylestown, Pennsylvania native was originally drafted by the New York Islanders in the third round (70th overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft.
Martin, 29, skated in 132 games for the Maple Leafs over two seasons and registered eight goals and 13 assists for 21 points, as well as 173 penalty minutes. In 570 career NHL games, the Windsor, Ontario native has recorded 109 points (50 goals, 59 assists) and 853 penalty minutes. He was originally signed as a free agent by the Maple Leafs on July 1, 2016 after playing the first 438 games of his NHL career with the Islanders.
