The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Tuesday that the hockey club has trimmed their training camp roster by 23 players. The Leafs now have 53 players (32 forwards, 16 defencemen and five goaltenders) remaining in camp and will be back on the ice for practice tomorrow at MasterCard Centre in split groups at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Please see below for an updated training camp roster.

The following nine players have been reassigned to their CHL teams: Stephen Desrocher (Kingston), Martins Dzierkals (Rouyn-Noranda), Tye Felhaber (Saginaw), Nikita Korostelev (Sarnia), Nicolas Mattinen (London), Keaton Middleton (Saginaw), JJ Piccinich (London), Jack Walker (Victoria) and Tyler Wong (Lethbridge).
The following 14 players have been reassigned to the Toronto Marlies (AHL): William Corrin, Taylor Doherty, Eric Faille, Brett Findlay, TJ Foster, Jeff Glass, Jon Jutzi, Daniel Maggio, Mason Marchment, Ryan Massa, Brenden Miller, Ty Stanton, Ethan Werek and Chase Witala. The Toronto Marlies will open their training camp on Monday, October 3.
The Maple Leafs resume their preseason schedule on Thursday night when they travel to the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario for a 7 p.m. game against the Buffalo Sabres.
