The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that the hockey club has loaned forward Trevor Moore to the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Moore, 23, registered an assist in his NHL debut against Detroit on Sunday night. He has collected 24 points (17 goals, 7 assists) in 27 games with the Marlies this season. In 2017-18, the Thousand Oaks, CA native recorded 33 points (12 goals, 21 assists) in 68 regular season games, while adding 17 points (6 goals, 11 assists) in 20 playoff games for the Calder Cup Champion Toronto Marlies. Moore signed with Toronto as a free agent on July 26, 2016.

The Maple Leafs return to action on December 28 in Columbus while the Marlies' next game takes place on December 26 when they host Belleville at Scotiabank Arena.
