The Boston Bruins forward claimed victory in the
hotly contested category
at the 2021 NHL Fan Choice Awards, whose winners were announced Tuesday.
The Bruins, San Jose Sharks, New York Islanders, Vegas Golden Knights and Montreal Canadiens each had two category winners, the most of any NHL team. Pastrnak's linemate Patrice Bergeron also was victorious in the Best Dressed category.
Vegas forward Alex Tuch took home the honors for Best Dog for his golden retriever Teddy, and goalie Marc-Andre Fleury claimed victory in the Save of the Year category for his glorious glove save on Isac Lundestrom of the Anaheim Ducks on Feb. 11.

Canadiens goalie Carey Price added to his trophy case by winning the Best Goalie Mask category, and Canadiens forward Nick Suzuki took home the honors of Best Cat for his feline friend Milo.
Islanders center Mathew Barzal claimed victory in the Best Goal category, for his stunning goal against the Buffalo Sabres on March 6, and Islanders mascot Sparky the Dragon earned Best Mascot Moment for skydiving in a video to unveil their schedule.

Vegas and Montreal are playing in the Stanley Cup Semifinals. New York, which eliminated Boston in the Stanley Cup Second Round, is also still alive and leads the best-of-7 semifinal series against the Tampa Bay Lightning 1-0.
Brent Burns (Most Interesting Man) and Sharks teammate Mario Ferraro (King of Quarantine) each took home awards. Patrick Kane (Best Celly), Kirill Kaprizov (Breakout European), Pat Maroon (Best Mic'd Up Player), Jonathan Huberdeau (Best Assist) and Jared McCann (Most Innovative Workout) also were winners.
