Fowler, who took a puck to the face in a 2-1 shootout win against the Nashville Predators on Monday, will not play. He was placed on injured reserve Wednesday and will be replaced in the lineup by Andy Welinski.
Anaheim, which last won two straight games Oct. 14 and 17, has alternated wins and losses in its past five games (3-2-0).
The Golden Knights will play at home for the first time since Nov. 3 after finishing a four-game road trip (1-3-0). Vegas is 2-5-0 in its past seven games and has lost its past two.
