I will do that," Khudobin said. "I wanted to go to a great team that's going to the playoffs and has a chance to win the Stanley Cup."

The 32-year-old goaltender was 16-6-7 with a 2.56 goals-against average, .913 save percentage and one shutout in 31 games (29 starts) with the Boston Bruins last season. He made eight saves in one game during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Signed by the Bruins on July 1, 2016, Khudobin was 23-12-8 in in 47 games (43 starts) the past two seasons.
Khudobin, who was selected by the Minnesota Wild in the seventh round (No. 206) of the 2004 NHL Draft, is 67-51-16 with a 2.47 GAA, .915 save percentage and six shutouts in 147 NHL games (135 starts) with the Bruins, Anaheim Ducks, Carolina Hurricanes and Wild.
