Cassidy shouts out Lil Jon's 'Shots' strategy after Golden Knights win

According to Las Vegas Golden Knights head coach Bruce Cassidy, the team can thank Lil Jon for its win against the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday.

Cassidy made a joke about the rapper's "Shots" strategy
from the video posted by the team earlier in the week
during his postgame interview.
"Sometimes those types of lines they get lots of shots…. shots, shots, shots," Cassidy said in his interview. "That's an inside joke for Vegas people by the way."

In the video posted by the Golden Knights earlier this week, Lil Jon stars as Vegas' newest coach and reveals a "Shots" strategy inspired by his song with the band LMFAO.
When asked if Lil Jon deserves the credit for Vegas' 42 shots on the night, Cassidy didn't skip a beat.
"Lil Jon gets a lot of credit for this one tonight," Cassidy said. "He's 1-0 in his career with the shots, shots, shots because it certainly worked."
In the words of Lil Jon, "Yeah" it did.
