Canucks forward and his boy featured in adorable video trying to keep skills sharp

You have to keep those skills sharp even while the NHL season is paused.
Teddy Roussel knows that.

That's why the three-year-old son of Vancouver Canucks forward Antoine Roussel was skating circles around his old man in the family kitchen.

The Roussel boys were having a little practice skate around their kitchen island
Teddy, you may remember, was schooling his dad and some of his Canucks teammates at practice earlier this season.

Bonus points for the helmets because, safety first and double bonus points to Teddy for wearing the Canucks famous "Flying Skate" throwback jersey.
