Seth Jarvis was served a pie in the eye on Thursday.

The Carolina Hurricanes forward received a shaving cream pie in the locker room after scoring his first NHL hat trick against the Montreal Canadiens.
Andrei Svechnikov and Martin Necas delivered the towel to the face as Jarvis was giving a postgame interview.
Jarvis' reaction proved he found out the hard way it was not whip cream.

The ambush came just moments after his triumphant photo with his three pucks.
