Bobrovsky is the third Russian goalie in NHL history to reach the milestone, joining Evgeni Nabokov (353) and Nikolai Khabibulin (333).
"Yeah, it definitely means something," Bobrovsky said. "I've been fortunate to play with great players, with great defensemen and forwards and teams. I appreciate them for this milestone. I had fun to play the game, and we were able to get two points tonight."
Sam Reinhart scored his first goal with the Panthers, who are 4-0-0 for the first time in their history. Rookie Anton Lundell had a goal and an assist, and Mason Marchment had two assists.
Mikko Rantanen scored, and Jonas Johansson made 34 saves in his first start of the season for the Avalanche (1-3-0), who have lost three in a row.
"I mean, we've got 78 games left," Colorado captain Gabriel Landeskog said. "That's a lot of hockey. Start with one, and obviously playing another tough opponent here in a couple of days (at the Tampa Bay Lightning on Saturday). There's no secret formula, right? We've got to work and that's what we are doing and what we are trying to do."
Reinhart gave Florida a 1-0 lead at 14:32 of the first period. He scored from in front of the net after receiving a pass from Marchment, who won a race against Samuel Girard to negate an icing call.
Rantanen tied it 1-1 at 19:06 when he put home a loose puck after Nathan MacKinnon's shot was blocked by Radko Gudas.
Sam Bennett made it 2-1 at 9:04 of the second period with a wrist shot from the high slot on the power play, and Carter Verhaeghe pushed the lead to 3-1 at 19:13 when his shot from the slot went in off the stick of Cale Makar.
