Hellebuyck’s dad entertains Jets fans with social media posts during Mentors Trip

Chuck Hellebuyck is making a strong case to be the Winnipeg Jets' next social media admin.

Connor Hellebuyck’s dad was acknowledged for his social media fame during the Jets game against the Columbus Blue Jackets at Canada Life Centre on Tuesday.

The Jets showed Chuck on the arena video board with the title “International Influencer.”

Chuck entertained Jets fans with his play-by-play social media posts during the Jets Mentors Trip this week.

Jets players' dads and mentors joined them for their three-game west coast road trip to San Jose, Anaheim and Arizona.

The Jets goalie’s dad posted photos live from the arenas of their seats and the meals served in the suites. Healthy food was not a hot commodity among the dads.

Before the games, Chuck proudly filmed his son warming up.

Of course, the road trip was completed with a sweet father-son selfie.
