VGK@FLA, Gm3: Hall of Famer Marino gets fans ready

Dan Marino kicked off the fun at FLA Live Arena on Thursday.

The Hall of Fame quarterback, who played 17 seasons with the Miami Dolphins, hit the drum before Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and Vegas Golden Knights.

Marino wore a custom Panthers jersey that featured his No. 13 while leading the crowd in a "Let's Go Panthers" chant.

"It's really exciting [the Panthers run] for everyone in South Florida, you know also with the Heat, and the whole thing,"

"For me, I live very close and I'm a fan, so I'm excited about tonight we got to take care of business and look forward to the future here."

This isn't the first game Marino has cheered on the Cats this season. He

in their Game 4 Eastern Conference Final win against the Carolina Hurricanes.
