Ludwig joins the Coyotes following 10 years at KO Sports where he most recently served as Director of Hockey Operations & Licensing. He was responsible for conducting contract negotiation research and salary arbitration case preparation. Ludwig was also involved in all areas of player contract negotiations, endorsement and licensing contracts, free agency and the NHL Entry Draft while also providing administrative support to KO Sports and its clients.
The Culver City, California native joined KO Sports in 2010 and has a wide range of experience in scouting and identifying elite hockey prospects in Western Canada and the Western United States.
Ludwig, who is a certified player agent with the NHL Players' Association, attended the University of Colorado where he won an American Collegiate Hockey Association Division II National Championship in 2005. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications in 2008. Ludwig later earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2012.
